Dear Parents,

Thank you for your interest in the Hunters Glen BASE Programs. Your child will not be officially registered until we have received all appropriate paper work, the registration fee and you have met with a member of our staff to show you around the building and discuss policies and procedures.

Registration Policy

Any child enrolled in an Adams 12 Five Star Elementary School, grades K-5th are welcome to attend the BASE Program. Adams 12 five Star Schools does not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, color, national origin, religion, or disability in admission to its educational programs or activities.

• Registration Procedures

A pre-registration orientation with the Site Director is required for all families at the time of registration. The following must be completed and returned prior to a child attending any program:

1. 1. A BASE Program application packet must be completed and returned prior to any child attending the BASE Program. A new packet will be required at the beginning of each school year and Summer Program. It is the parent's responsibility to keep their child's application form updated continuously with new or changed information.
2. There will be a registration fee of $50 per child for the school year program and $50 per child for the summer program upon admission. Annually, full time, year round families may elect to pay the registration fee of $85 per child for both the school year and summer programs and receive a savings of $15. Registration fees become non-refundable and are due annually. Proof of registration may be required if a full time, year round child changes sites mid-year. No multiple child reductions shall be provided. If a child attends a program for a week or less in the year, the registration fee will be $25.
3. All BASE Programs are offered on a first come-first served basis. Spaces are limited due to license capacities and/or student/staff ratio. Applicants are encouraged to register as soon as possible. If a particular Program is full to capacity, a wait list will be used.
4. If you should need to withdraw your child/children from the BASE Program, we require two weeks written notice in advance of your child's final date of attendance. Any outstanding balance must be paid prior to the time of withdrawal. The Program reserves the right to withdraw any child for reasons including, but not limited to, behavior, delinquent accounts or for the safety of all individuals involved with the BASE Program. Cause for this action will be determined by the Program Director.
