First Day of Student Store is Tuesday Morning October, 6th 7:25- 7:40.

The Student Store is open every Tuesday morning and Wednesday during students lunch.

Future Student Council Meetings:

Student Council Members Congratulations on being elected to student council. We are looking forward to a fun and productive year.  Please bring a spiral notebook to all meetings to take notes so that you can accurately update your class about student council events.  
The following are the days we will be meeting for student council:
12/08 Meeting All Student Council Reps – after school. 
        Meeting for Officers only 7:00 – 7:30 am
01/12 Meeting All Student Council Reps – after school. 
        Meeting for Officers only 7:00 – 7:30 am
02/09 Meeting All Student Council Reps – after school.
         Meeting for Officers only 7:00 – 7:30 am
03/09 Meeting All Student Council Reps – after school.
         Meeting for Officers only 7:00 – 7:30 am
04/13 Meeting All Student Council Reps – after school.
         Meeting for Officers only 7:00 – 7:30 am
05/11 Meeting All Student Council Reps – after school.
         Meeting for Officers only 7:00 – 7:30 am 
05/14 End of Year Field Trip for Reps with less than 3 strikes
Please mark your calendar at home and in your planner so that you are present at each meeting.   Please be aware that these dates sometimes change.  If so, we will send out notification prior to the meeting.  In addition, please note, officers need to attend a brief meeting the morning prior to every Student Council meeting.  Students are expected to attend meetings and participate in activities.
Three missed meetings or activities will result in not attending the year end field trip.
Most meetings will begin at 2:30 pm and end at 3:15 pm. Please be prompt.

Hunters Glen Late Pick Up Policy for After School Activities We are delighted that so many of our students participate in after school activities and clubs.  Please make sure that you pick up your son or daughter on time; teachers and activity sponsors have families and appointments that are very important to them.  If a child is not picked up within 15 minutes of dismissal time, a fee of $5 for every 5 minutes may be charged.  The activity sponsor will assess these extra charges based on the occurrences and circumstances of the situation.
